What are the processes to get what you are into?
BEFORE PURCHASING
- One click to reach the product(s) that you are into.
- Click the button "Yes, I would like to purchase this" and it will add to cart.
- Continue shopping or check out.
- After checking out, follow the simple steps to complete the ordering process.
- Choose your preferred mode of payment and collection method (self collection or home delivery).
- Confirmation of the purchase will be emailed.
- We will contact you in the shortest time (Max 60 minutes) to advise on stock availability and ETA of your order. We will then assist you to settle the payment.
- If you choose credit card payment, we will send the link to your email immediately. Click the link and complete credit card transactions.
PURCHASING PROCESS
- Deposit or full payment received for all electrical goods or full payment for other category before we proceed to order for you.
AFTER PURCHASING
- We will inform you for goods collection or delivery time upon the arrival of goods (based on the collection method that you have chosen).
- For electrical goods only - if you do not pay full amount during ordering, settlement of balance is required prior to your collection of good(s). It can be settled at our collection center or at your home (cash or credit card) when we deliver product to you.
Why our website is different from other online purchase in Brunei?

To end-user, we source anything for you and it will reach your door at the lowest cost. If you cannot find the products you want in our website, please click "Contact us" button for further enquiry.
Must I fill in my preferred contact method after I place the order?
Yes. This is important for us to advise the stock availability and estimated time of arrival. We prefer to contact you through tele conversation such as Whatsapp or other social media such as messenger, line and wechat.
Must I make full payment before I order the electrical goods?
No. For electrical goods, you are required to put a minimum deposit for us to proceed with the order.
Why online credit card transaction is safe in your website?
Our online purchase is secured by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). It is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and integral. SSL is an industry standard and is used by millions of websites in the protection of their online transactions with their customers.
When the letters "http" in the URL change to "https," the "s" indicates you are now in a secure area employing SSL.
We have also engaged Brunei Bank- "Baiduri Bank", as our payment gateway. No card information will be stored in our website. Should you need any assistance, it is easy to contact our local bank as they have a 24hr Hotline assistance.
What other available payment methods other than online credit card purchase?
- You can also choose to pay by cash, credit card and bank loan at our collection centre.
- Bank transfer.
- Company cheque.
Is there any Credit Card payment surcharge?
No. There is no surcharge for any Credit Card Payment. For 0% installment payment, there will be a minimum processing fees of 3% or B$50 whichever is higher from the bank for such installment scheme. This is subjected to different Bank installment scheme .
How long do you take to deliver the products to me?
Every model there is ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival). Typically it only takes 48 to max 72 hours for items to arrive. We will personally contact you to advise the delivery date prior to your purchase.
What are your Delivery Charges?
Non electrical goods: The delivery charge is stated in the ordering process of every items. For e.g, the charge for items 2KG and below is $3 for Bandar-Muara district and $4 for other district.
Electrical Goods and furniture: $10 for Brunei-Muara district; $15 for Tutong; $25 for Seria and KB. Only one delivery charge for items sending to same address. For some LED TV, there will be free delivery.
While you purchase both non electrical goods and electrical goods , there will be waiver of delivery charges for non electrical items for SAME address delivery.
How about after sale service? Do you have service a center?
- For electrical goods: Yes, we have a service center. All the electrical products are sold with standard warranty. You can send to our service center directly or to our collection center.
- For non electrical goods: We will send to the supplier for after sale service, if the product is sold with warranty.
Can I keep track of the status of my order?
Similarly to other webpage, you can keep track of the status of order by clicking Order History from individual account page.
Can I still purchase after your business hour? Your business hours?
- Mon-Saturday: 10am - 8pm
- Sunday: 1pm-6pm
You can place your order 24 hours online. We will contact you for further service during business hours.

Why our 2nd hand premium outlet is different with other website?
- We are focusing on Big items such as electrical goods, furniture and other high value item.
- All the products will have to be delivered to our collection center. The benefits are:
- The seller do not need to make appointment with potential buyer to arrange the meeting points to test the product quality.
- Customer can visit us anytime during business hours to touch and feel your products
- This will ensure potential customers will always get the stock of what you posted.
How do I sell my 2nd hand items?
- Click the button "Sell my items" at the top right corner
- Follow the simple process to upload the photo of your products, fill in selling price, original price.
- Select the delivery method to our collection center. If you want us to deliver for you, there will be minimum charges, depending on the districts and number of items.
- Upon the arrival of your items at our collection, we will then activate the posting of your items at our website.
What are your charges for the items that I want to sell at your platform?
- No rental charges although we need to rent the shop lot to display the "Big" Items.
- No registration fee.
- No administration charges. A minimum commission charge on the selling price. Kindly upload the photo and we will contact you for further information.
What is the maximum time for products to display at your collection center?
- If your product could not be sold within 2 months, we will contact you to take back the items or to further discount on the selling price.
- We will advise you to join our warehouse sale (Quarterly) for further discount.
How do I buy 2nd Hand items?
- The process is exactly the same like the above. Pleases refer to the chart above.
FOR Commercial/ Project
Why some of the items do not state the price? Can I request a lower price for an increased quantity?
- Most of the items are indicated with price and MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity).
- Due to price fluctuation of some product, we may not put the price there. This business platform is more into customized service. In other words,there will be communication between you and us for further information.
- For E.g., you can always request the new price for quantity higher than MOQ that we posted or vice versa.
- Our system will pop up a conversation form for you fill in your request. In shortest time, we will satisfy your needs.
